By accessing or using TrustUp, registering an account, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years of age to register for an account and use TrustUp. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts & Prohibited Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

When using TrustUp, you agree NOT to:

• Submit fake, fraudulent, or deceptive testimonials and reviews.
• Attempt to bypass anti-spam, device fingerprinting, or self-review detection mechanisms to submit feedback to your own Spaces.
• Use the platform for spamming, harassment, or distributing malicious content/software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code from the TrustUp platform or embedded widgets.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of all testimonial data, Spaces, and feedback collected through your TrustUp account.

By utilizing our platform, you grant TrustUp a worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to host, store, process, display, and format your collected testimonials as requested by your account configurations (e.g., displaying feedback on embedded widgets or review walls).

5. Account Deletion & Termination

You have the right to permanently delete your account at any time directly from your account settings. Upon deletion, all associated data, including Spaces and collected testimonials, are instantly erased from our database.

TrustUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or disrupt platform security without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TrustUp is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrustUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrustUp from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of TrustUp after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
